Below is a sample of some of the services we offer:

• Comprehensive inspection of roof, flashing, chimney, mortar, wood, flashing, skylights, and room stacks.
• Clean gutters completely of all debris.
• Comprehensive inspection of siding, windows, foundation, bulkhead, decks, stairs, driveway and walkways.
• Chalk cracks on siding and windows.
• Prune tree branches within three (3') feet of house.
• Light repair of roofing/flashing.
• Change storm door inserts.
• Inspection following severe storms, blizzards (winds in excess of 60 m.p.h.).
• Winter close-up to include draining water, adding antifreeze, securing all doors and windows, outdoor furniture, garden tools, etc. Spring includes usual tasks associated with home opening to include water turn-on.
